- Description
- The Farm Service Agency, US Department of Agriculture, has a need for management, support and facilitation in the conduct of an A-76 competition. The action affects approximately 200 employees located in Washington, DC, Kansas City, Mo, and St. Louis, MO. The schedule for this competition contemplates completion by September 30, 2003. The selected contractor must conduct all phases of the competition, including development of the PWS, QASP, MEO, Government cost estimate, technical performance plan, transition plan, training of involved government personnel, and all other activities, documents and management required to complete the action within the required timeline. The draft SOW for this effort is attached to this announcement. Only contractors who are already under contract for A-76 studies, either through the GSA MOBIS program or other GWAC contracts, will be considered for this effort. Please respond to the SOW by 4PM ET, Thursday, June 27 with your company's capabilities, proposed schedule and terms and conditions. Special attention will be paid to the firm's past experience with similar A-76 studies.
