- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-5348, YPG02134000560, NSN 6850-01-381-4404, Cleaning Compound, Solvent, Part Number SKYSOL. Unit Drum contains 55 Gallons. Repackaging of Material: Original Manufacturers Commercial Unit Packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. Manufacturers New and Unused Drum. Stencil contract Identification Markings & Label each Drum IAW MIL-STD 129. Line Item 0001, Quantity 134 Drums, 30 Days AR0 to AQ5. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The Solicitation is Sole Source, Unrestricted and will result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for 134 drums with a 100 Option to increase the Quantity. The Solicitation will issue on July 08, 2002 with a closing date of July 30, 2002.
