- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to negotiate with responsible firms for the establishment of an Indefinite Quantity Contract for Grease, Sea Water Wash Resistant (NSN 9150-01-306-9167) manufactured in accordance with CID A-A-50433. Full and open competition. See note 9. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards and related standardization documents is available on the internet via www.dodssp.daps.mil. All greases supplied under CID A-A-50433 must be certified per the requirements of NAVSEA S9520-AB-ATM-010/(U), the Nuclear Powered Submarine Atmosphere Control Manual and NAVSEA T6350-AA-HBK-010, the Submarine Greasing Handbook, at the time of contract award. See note 23. This is an unrestricted procurement. The resulting contract will have a base period of one year and four, one year options. The estimated annual quantity is 1,289 cans; guaranteed annual minimum quantity is 322 cans and annual contract manximum quantity is 2,578 cans. Unit can contains 35 pounds. Stock shipments to Defense Depot Richmond Virginia and Tracy, CA will be supported; ship FOB Destination with Origin Inspection and Acceptance. CONUS DVD/EDI shipments to be shipped FOB Other in accordance with fast pay procedures. See note 26: the Government does not intend to use FAR part 12, Commercial Acquistion Procedures.
