- The Coastal Systems Station (CSS), Dahlgren Division, NSWC, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Compass Systems, 48015 Pine Hill Run, Lexington Park MD, 20653 a for a custom Mosaic Processing System. This system is being procured on a sole source basis since Compass Systems has developed similar Mosaic Processing Systems for the USN and they have proprietary rights to the prior systems. The NAICS Code is 541512 and the size standard is $21M average annual receipts.
