- Add the following: Some buildings under the RSC require a Top Secret or Secret level facility clearance. Prior to award, the successful offeror shall furnish satisfactory evidence that the offeror has or has the ability to obtain the facility clearance. The awardee shall also be responsible for obtaining clearance of their employees. All other information publicized in the original synopsis and Modification 01 is correct.
