- Description
- The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to modifiy an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0425 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Bethpage, New York, for the procurement of services and supplies to support the pre-system development and demonstration (pre-SD&D) phase of the Radar Modernization Program (RMP). The specific services and supplies provided by NGC were for: (1) developing and analyzing potential engineering enhancements and engineering changes, both forward fit and retrofit, for future mission system performance improvements; (2) analyzing aircraft production, operations, and support cost reduction initiatives; and (3) developing an upgraded weapon system specification attendant to the foregoing enhancements and cost initiatives.
