- NA Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, labor, equipment and perform al work required to maintain clothes washers and dryers at Fort Jackson, S C. Washing machines are electric. Dryers are electric and gas. Contractor shall install new Government fu rnished washers and dryers. Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager who shall be available within one hour notification during normal duty hours (0730-1615 (ET)) Monday through Friday. Contractor shall furnish all hoses, connections and other parts nec essary for installation. The Government will provide the real property for contractor to locate a base of operations facility on post. The contract is scheduled to start 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 ( to include 4 option years).The solicitatio n is 100% Set Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 811412, $6.0 mil. The solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov and acquisition.army.mil.
