- NA This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate on a sole source bases with Mesh Inc., 150 Barnsley Chrome Road, Oxford, PA 19363. The contract will be a commercial buy for five Chemical Cloud Tracking Systems (CCTS). Four units will include the following compon ents: refurbished Block Improved Light-Weight Standoff Chemical Agent Detector (ILSCAD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometers (FTIR) and Power Supply and Communication (POWCOM) including wireless Ethernet and Quickset tracker and tripod. The fifth FTI R spectrometer unit will include: new Block 100 FTIR spectrometer, FTIRBOX, POWCOM including wireless Ethernet and Quickset tracker and tripod. All five units will include software upgrades and changes to upgrade the detection algorithms. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302.1, supplies, services and/or equipment required are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements.
