NA The following evaluation factors and subfactors are applicable: 1. Past Performance (a) Provide 5-7 references on same/similar type contracts. 2. Technical Qualifications (a) Recent (3 years) specialized experience. (b) Seed project technical approach. (c) Ability to accomplish other discipline types such as, building additions, renovations, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, asbestos/lead paint abatement and roofing. 3. Management & Organization: (a) Corporate experience (b) Quality Control & Key personnel (c) Bonding Capacity (d) Ability to accomplish work. 4. Scheduling: (a) Ability to maintain contractual progress on multiple contracts simultaneously. (b) Available manpower and the ability to obtain any additional workers when necessary.
