- NA This requirement is for the contractor to provide support to the Deputy Commander for Systems Support (DCSS), Strategic Customers Iniatives Directorate, (SCID), Reuse equipment manufacturing, logistics, engineering maintenance and test support as required in accomplishing customer requirements in accordance with the SCID Missions and Functions Statement. The contractor will provide support services, as requested, in and around Redstone Arsenal, AL and at other temporary locations inside Continental United S tates (CONUS) or outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) as determined by the requiring element. Reuse equipment engineering and logistics support includes those functions required in the manufacturing of engineering development models, prototypes, and test units, as well as small quantities of unique production units in suport customer requirements. It is anticipated that this will be a firm-fixed-priced contract with a basic effort beginning 1 Oct 02 and four one-year options. The intended sourc e is Quality Research, Inc., 4901D Corporate Drive, Huntsville, AL 35805.See Note 22.
