- Description
- NA Crash damage repair program for the OH-58D Helicopter, Kiowa Warrior Aircraft, National Stock Number 1520-01-125-5476. A five-year contract is contemplated for the minimum quantity of 1 each and a maximum quantity of 30 each. Crash damage repairs shall b e in accordance with manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings and specifications. Authority cited is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) for this requirement, FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . Approved source is Bell Helicopter, Ft. Worth, TX. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rele ase of the solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
