- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures (SAP) FAR 13. This an nouncement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. Solicitation number DASW02-02-T-0005 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334310 and the size standard is $1M. This req uirement is for the following: CLIN 0001 - 1 EA Sony DSR1500 DVCAM Digital Recorder, CLIN 0002 - 1 EA Sony DSBK15101 Digital Input/Output Board, CLIN 0003 - 1 EA PESA OC16V1A2 16x16 Video/Stereo Routing Switcher with front panel control, CLIN 0004 - 1 EA P ESA RCP1616L front Panel control, CLIN 0005 - 1 EA Sony DSBK1504 Analog input/output board, CLIN 0006 - Sony J-1/901 Playback VTR, CLIN 0007 - 1 EA Sony J-3/901 Playback VTR, CLIN 0008 - 1 EA Sony J-3/902 Playback VTR, CLIN 0009 - 1 EA Sony BetaSp Recorder /player PVW 2800, CLIN 00010 - 1 EA Panasonic AGDS55 SVHS Recorder/Player. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination. Delivery within 90 days after award. Delivery location is USAVIC, 3001 Army Pentagon, ATTN: JDHQS-AV-L, Rm 5B130, Washington, DC 20310-3001. All deliveries must be scheduled. Contact Ms. Glover 703-693-9637 to arrange a date and time at least 24 hours in advance. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no a dditional cost to the Government. Selection for award will be based on price and past performance. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing SAP. To be eligible for award you must be properly registered in the Government's C entral Contractor Registration (CCR). Offerors shall provide its Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE).
