- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F73SCH209902 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. (iv) This solicitation is %100 set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 443120 and the small business size standard is $7.5 M. (v) This requirement consists of 2 line items. (vi) Line Item 0001: Provide 2 (two) 66C liquid-cooled engines with fan-assist, SOHC, 4-stroke single. Ultra V-belt transmission with engine braking & dual range HI/LOW/REV/PARK. Driveline: Push-button on command 3-way locking differential (2WD/4WD/4WD lock) shaft drive suspension/front Fully independent, double wishbone with adjustable preload; 8.8? of travel. Model # YFM 660 FHP. (vii) Line item 0002: Winch kit, 2000lb load limit. Features a freewheeling clutch for disengaging the gears (allows the cable to unspool manually:, a remote switch, 50 feet of steel cable, and a remote switch, 50 feet of steel cable, and an ignition-key-activated wiring system. Model # ABA-4WV69-00-01. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price. (viii) The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Paragraph (o) is changed to read: The contractor shall provide all standard commercial warranties to the government. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following FAR clauses identified at paragraph b of FAR 52.212-5 is considered checked and is applicable to this acquisition: (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (21), (24). (x) Award can only be made to contractors registered in the Central Contractor Registration web page, htpp://ccr2000.com (xi) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition.
