- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit, request for proposal/quote, and award a Brand Name Only Firm Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335929, with a small business standard size of 1000 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for 2 line items as follows: line item 0001; Tyco P/N 401717, insert and extractor tools (quantity 10 ea.). Line item 0002; Tyco P/N 422410-7, 24? LD coaxial VLT AU cables (quantity 500 ea.). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07 FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and any addenda to the provision; (10/2000) 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Evaluation will be based on price and price-related factors); (1/99) 52-212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (4/2001).
