- RETINAL CAMERA & TABLE =TO ARGUS INSTRUMENTS For the TRC ?50IX RFQ 546-45-02. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6. This announcement constitues the only solicitation. Solicitation 546-45-02 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-6. THE NAICS Code is 33911. The Contractor shall provide a Topcon Retinal Camera & Table =to argus instruments for a TRC 50iX which is required to complete our camera system at the Departament of Veterans Affairs 1201 N.W. 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125. Contractor is required to provide operation/service (maintenance) manuals with each piece of equipment, one year warranty, The provision at 852-211-70 Service Data Manuals 852-211-75 Technical Industry Standards (Apr l984)52-212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items.52-212-2 Evaluation-Commercial items, para(A) is filled in as follows VAMC Miami will award a contract resulting from this solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government price and other factors considered. The following factors listed in descending order of importance shall be used to evaluate offers (a) lowest price quotation for all items. (b) earliest delivery schedule proposed. A completed copy of the proviision at 52-212-3 Offers Representations and Certificates-Commercial items.52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items.
