- Description
- The VA Medical Center (VAMC), Cincinnati Ohio intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with CardKey Government Systems Inc of Cincinnati Ohio for the supply and installation of an upgrade from a Cardkey System, Pegasys 1000, to a Cardkey System, Pegasys 2000. NAICS 561621. To the best of our knowledge, CardKey Government Systems Inc is the only company authorized to distribute and install this equipment in this area for the manufacturer. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer, VA Medical Center, MDL 90C, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati Ohio 45220 or via fax to (513) 475-6334. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
