- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of the procurement is to develop two documents: A SIDS/ID Program Manual for local and state SIDS/ID staff and a Training Guide, a companion document to the Program Manual. A final report will also be required. The period of performance is 12 months. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 3, 2002. The closing date will be July 31, 2002 at no later than 4:00 p.m. local prevailing time. All requests must be in writing either by FAX to 301-443-5462 or e-mail to mskinner@hrsa.gov.
