- This is a synopsis/solicitation request for quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 5.203, FAR 12.603 and FAR 13.105. This synopsis/solicitation, RFQ is to request prices for 1 year subscriptions to the following list of publications. Individuals submitting quotations must bid all items as the final award will be made on an "All or None" basis.
