- PR No: ARG01339043502; This solicitation is to be amended from an Indefinite Quantity Contract to a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Yoke Assembly, Cylinder, for a P-3 aircraft. The NSN, 1650-00-140-4528, shall be quoted FOB destination and the required delivery is 260 days ARO. Acceptance and Inspection is origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is July 3, 2002, anticipated award date is September 26, 2002. Reference notes 23 and 26.
