Description

USAID Egypt will hold a bidders conference in Cairo, Egypt at the USAID Mission on May 12, 2002 from 9 am to 12 pm to answer inquiries/questions from interested parties concerning a draft solicitation that will be issued the week of April 22, 2002. The address is: USAID Builing, Plot 1/A Off El LaSelki Street, New Maadi, Egypt, Postal Code 11435. The Contractor shall design and implement a training management system that fully supports USAID/Egypt's strategic priority areas while demonstrating strategic results. The Contractor-provided system shall have the capacity to flexibly plan, program, and manage all training programs as well as English language services, orientation, follow-up and evaluation services for USAID/Egypt's participant training portfolio under their direct management, or through buy-in arrangements from TA contractors or other Mission identified entities. The Contractor shall become the Designated Programming Agent (DPA) for USAID/Egypt?s participant training programs designated to them by USAID/Egypt based on the level of effort extracted from each USAID/Egypt management review Mission SO. Data for in-country training that will be undertaken by TA contractors must be entered into the appropriate database using the ADS 253 required software for TraiNet.
