- Call-When-Needed Helicopter Services, Type 3 and 4 (Light Helicopter). Awards will be made for the number of helicopters necessary to fulfill anticipated needs of the Government. Helicopter Operator(s) shall be located within Oregon and Washington for either/or (1) fire support, (2) non-fire assignments, or (3) emergency fire suppression. No guaranteed use. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAR-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 04-JUN-2002.
