Description

Notice that the General Service Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA. 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Electroni Warfare Associates, Inc.Herndon, VA. 20171 under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This action includes procurement of 12 BEWT Baseline 3.1 Systems as specified in the Government approved BEWT System Design Specification Baseline 3.1 via Government approved BEWT Baseline 3.1 Factory Acceptance Test Plan. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. All price quotations shall be submitted to Eric Stevens, not later than 4:00 P.M., PST, March 16, 2001. Price quotations may be sent via either facsimile to (360) 782-2068 or by email to eric.stevens@gsa.gov. No telephone requests for this RFQ will be honored. Numbered Note 1 & 22 applies.
