- NA REPLACEMENT OF HVAC AIR HANDLING UNITS BLDG 4200 FORT LEE VA-Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and supervision required to perform all work in connection with repair by replacement of HVAC AIR HANDLING UNITS IN BLDG 4200 in accor dance with specs and drawings (which will be provided upon request) Procurement will be a competitive acquisition and is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable SIC code is 7623. The applicable size standard is $5M. FOIA requests must be dire cted to Holdenl@lee.army.mil.
