- The NAICS code is 541710 in lieu of 54170. The size standard is 500 employees. The William J. Hughes Technical Center is soliciting offers for preparation of a requirements document in support of the Flight Standards System Safety Approach to Safety Oversight (SASO)program. It is anticipated that a cost plus fixed fee contract will be awarded. The period of performance will be 4 months and offerors will be required to submit acceptable resumes for senior systems analysts and for a junior system analyst to be considered for award. This requirement is set-aside exclusively for competitive award among socially and economically disadvantaged businesses expressly certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a)program. The NAICS code is 54170 - 500 employees. The FAA's Screening Information Request (SIR) will be posted on this web page on or about June 24, 2002.
