- Contractor is to furnish case fronts, wood slat style with plastic top which ties wood to produce cases; clear plastic bulk bins; and front guard (case dividers) clear plastic, straight with holes. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued June 5, 2002 as a small business set aside. Only written requests will be honored (facsimile or e-mail acceptable) and MUST contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, business size, facsimile number, DUNS number, and CAGE code. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
