- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit under a total Small Business Set-Aside for design, engineering, technical data management, logistical and related engineering support services in connection with the construction, reactivation, design planning, conversion, repair and overhaul of ships and crafts under the cognizance of the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Pascagoula, MS. A cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract which will be issued with an estimated 101,848 hours per year. There will be a base period of one (1) year and four (4), one (1) year option periods. Period of performance will begin 1 November 2002 or date of award whichever is later. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 8711. Solicitations will be available on NECO at http://www.neco.navy.mil/
