- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-02-Q-0207 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2002-07 and DCN 20020426. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 334419 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The small business set-aside is dissolved for this procurement. This requirement is sole source to K & L Microwave, Inc., 2250 North Wood Dr. Salisbury, MD 21801 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a-) (2) (ii). K & L Microwave Inc is the OEM and holds proprietary rights to the drawings/specifications. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001- Filter, bandpass, PN: 6LB31-1.437/T.325-P/P, Qty 85 each. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination to Crane, IN 47522 within 8 weeks or sooner after award. Final inspection and will be at destination.
