- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) ADA Multi Environment software, Qty 1 2) ADA Multi for Windows, Qty 1 and 3) C Cross Compiler, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Green Hills Software, Inc. 131 Avenida Victoria, San Clemente, CA 92672 for proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
