- NA Railroad Maintenance. The procurement is 100% small business set aside and has one-year base plus four option years. The FSC Code is J022, the SIC Code is 7699 with a standard size of $1,000 and the NAICS Code is 482112 with a standard size of 500. The solicitation number for the procurement is DABT59-02-R-0021. The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair, service and replacement of defective or worn part of all components, devices, and equipment required to maintain the railroad tracks, signals, and railroad crossing belonging to the US Army Combi ned Arms Support Command and Fort Lee, Fort Lee, Virginia in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions and specifications herein and subject to terms and conditions of this contract. The Contractor?s work and responsibility shall include all Contractor planning, administration and management necessary to provide all operations, preventive maintenance, service and repairs as specified. The work shall be conducted in strict accordance w ith all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws, regulations, codes and directives. The Contractor shall perform all administrative services necessary, such as supply, quality control, and maintenance of accurate and complete files of applicable documen ts to include Federal, State and Local regulations, codes and laws, technical references, and manufacturer?s instructions. Tasks shall conform to the standards of the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS).
