Description

NA Furnish and deliver chemicals to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, on as needed basis as follows: Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%, estimate 20,000 gallons per year in 4,000 gallon increments; High Calcium Unslaked Quick Lime, estimate 200 tons per year in 25 ton increments; Liquid Sodium Bisulfite 40-43%, estimate 200,000 pounds per year in 40,000 pound increments. The solicitation will be for a base year and 4 option years. This procurement is RESTRICTED for small business. North American Industry Classification System Code is 325188. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an elect ronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the Internet: http://www.anadprocnet.army.mil (Doing Business with Us). Estimated issue date is 25 June 2002. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electro nically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidder?s mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet ad dress in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your p roposal.
