Description: Modification issued to incorporate Department of Labor (DOL) Service Wage Rate 1994-2325, Revision 22, into this posting. Modification also incorporates FAR clauses 52.222-41 and 52.222-42. Wage rates are provided as an attachment. Also, US DOL memorandum number 195 of 17 May 2002 is attached reflecting an increase in the required health and welfare rate to $2.15 per hour. This increase has not yet been incorporated into the published Wage Rate 1994-2325 via revision, but is applicable to this posting.
