- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office, Jackson, MS has requirements for construction for the VARO-ELECTRICAL project. Work shall include, but is not limited to, REWORK EMERGENCY LIGHTING IN OFFICE BUILDING AND GARAGE, REPLACE ROOFTOP AIRCRAFT WARNING LIGHTS, REMOVE UNLIT PARKING GARAGE LIGHTS AND BLANK COVER CEILING BOXES, REPLACE DEFECTIVE BALLASTS BUILDING FIXTURES, REPLACE DEFECTIVE LIGHTING RELAYS IN LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM, AND INSTALL EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL OUTLETS IN IRM AND FACILITIES AREA, AND EXTERIOR LIGHTING WORK, and certain other items in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings.
