- ISSUE DATE: JUNE 24, 2002. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to remove the elastomeric mooring system from two existing timber floating docks, provide and install 8 new concrete filled steel pipe piles (each 40 feet long and 14-inch diameter), provide rock anchors for at least 2 of the piles, make alterations to the existing gangways and floating docks, and perform related incidental work. Location is USCG Station Gloucester, MA (Essex County). NAICS code is 234990, with a size standard of $28.5M. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance is estimated to be a total of 90 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
