- Description
- Provide all ***labor, material and shipping*** related to the purchase of an eighty (80) ton air cooled chiller must have the following specifications: 460v/3phase/60Hz, fully charged 134a refrigerant, all necessary control equipment, buses, boards etc. to interface with Johnson Metasys Control package, mechanical disconnect NEMA rated, vibration isolation package, one (1) year parts and labor warranty, two to five (2-5) year replacement compressor warranty, high partial load efficiency, factory start up, delivery within sixteen (16) weeks, RIG NEW CHILLER INTO PLACE ON TO GOVERNMENT PROVIDED CONCRETE PAD, eighty (80) nominal ton air cooled water chiller, microprocessor control center, factory insulated evaporator. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this purchase. FAX responses are acceptable FAX No. (513) 533-8283. All offerors are requested to respond with their written offered pricing and provide all data as requested not later than 4:30 P.M. (EDT), June 24, 2002.
