- Description
- The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to constructing eighteen (18) auger type, two (2) slab, and eight (8) pad and stem reinforced concrete foundations at the New Underwood Substation in western South Dakota. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 18, 2002, with quotes being required on or about close of business July 2, 2002. Estimated completion date is forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed. Interested bidders must email, fax, or mail the Contract Specialist to request the specifications and applicable drawings. DO NOT post any questions or responses to this RFQ on IIPS. Any questions or responses posted on the IIPS that concern this RFQ will NOT be considered during the evaluation and award process. NOTE: A limited number of copies of this solicitation will be available through various planrooms. Information hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (CDT) Monday through Friday.
