- FR 243 - Coal Mine Road Reconstruction. Work includes clearing and grubbing, removal of culverts, excavation, reconditioning, pit run aggregate, limestone aggregate, mobilization, culvert installation, seeding and mulching, and pit development. This project range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
