- THIS MODIFICATION changes receipt of proposal date to July 3, 2002 at 4:30 p.m. The prebid meeting date has been changed to JUNE 18, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Documents are now available on FedBizOpps except Maps, Drawings, and HPA's which will be available in Hard Copy ONLY. Contact E.Kinamon listed below (phone number and e-mail address)for copies. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET-ASIDE FOR AWARD TO A CERTIFIED HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN. The project is for replacing two log stringer bridges with precast, prestressed, painted, concrete structures. Including full removal of existing structures and building new foundations including constructing spread footings, pile driving, railing and asphalt overlay. The project is located on the Lake Wenatchee - Leavenworth Ranger Districts, Chelan County, Washington. A prebid meeting will be held on 6/18/02. Meet at the Leavenworth Ranger Station at 10:00 a.m. The Government Estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid (20%), Performance (100%) and Payment (100%) bonds are required. Estimated start work date is July 18, 2002 with 100 calendar days contract time. North American Industry Code is 234120. Documents will be available approximately 6/4/02.
