Description

The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, testing and supervision required to Install Central Vacuum System, Building 23 at Defense Supply Center, Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. Contractors submitting offers shall have not less than a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in having satisfactorily performed work of the types required by this project. The mandatory period of performance to complete all work associated with this project is 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. See note 26. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A combined pre-bid conference/site investigation will be conducted at 9:00, June 27, 2002. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbsdscccols.com/rfp on or about its issue date of June 14, 2002.
