- CONSOLIDATION OF STOCK SOLICITATIONS. Solicitation number 7FXP-T6-02-IDIQ-N consolidates all prior individual stock solicitations, issued by the General Products Center, Fort Worth, Texas, into a single solicitation. The following Federal Supply Groups are included in the solicitation: FSGs 13, 16, 35, 39, 40, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47, 48, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 59, 61, 62, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 72, 73, 75, 79, 81, 83, 84, 85, 87, 93, 95, and 99. Solicitation Number 7FXP-T6-02-IDIQ-N includes a basic solicitation and 8 attachments. Attachments 1, 2, and 3 are Schedule of Items attachments differentiated by contract period; Attachment 1 - 5/1/02 through 4/30/04, Attachment 2 - 6/1/02 through 5/31/04, and Attachment 3 - 7/1/02 through 6/30/04. All National Stock Numbers (NSN) listed in a particular Schedule of Items attachment will have the same contract period. Attachment 4 addresses small business sub-contracting plan. Attachment 5 addresses requirements for "Brand Name or Equal" items. Attachment 6 is a NSN cross-reference listing. Attachment 7 contains the Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD) for the NSNs listed in the Schedule of Items attachments in numerical order. Attachment 8 contains full text of clauses incorporated-by-reference (Do not return this attachment - for your files). The basic solicitation includes clauses, which must be completed and returned by all offerors. Offers must also complete and return all applicable attachments. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a basic 2-year contract period. This solicitation contains an option clause, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, which allows the Government to extend the contract three additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total of five years. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contracts with a $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. The Trade Agreements Act applies to this solicitation, except for those NSNs designated for Small Business or HUBZone Set-Asides. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
