- All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, Attn: Dana Kostel, 200 4th Street SW, Huron, SD 57350, faxed to 605-353-9213 or e-mailed to kostel@wapa.gov. The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for 2.4 Ghz 4 TI spread spectrum radios manufactured by Western Multiplex. This sole source requirement is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Any interested dealer or wholesaler may respond. Interested parties may download the solicitation, at http://e-center.doe.gov. This solicitation will be issued electronically o/a June 3, 2002 with quotes being due o/a June 13, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-MAY-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 03-JUN-2002.
