- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 250,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet of office and related space in Montgomery County, MD, which must yield a minimum of 217,000 BOMA contiguous usable square feet. The offered location must be no more than 2,500 linear feet from a metro station within the following delineated area: - Intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Interstate 495 - East to Connecticut Avenue - Connecticut Avenue to University Boulevard - University Boulevard to Viers Mill Road - Viers Mill Road to Norbeck Road - Norbeck Road to Muncaster Mill Road - Muncaster Mill Road to Shady Grove Road - Shady Grove Road to Interstate 270 - Interstate 270 to the point of origin.
