- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a full and open competitive basis Information Systems (IS) support services for the U. S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM). Support will be provided at U.S. Joint Forces Command HQ in Norfolk, VA; JFL/JWFC Suffolk Facilities; JWFC Ft. Monroe Facility; and Joint Training Facility Damneck. Required tasks include, but are not limited to, planning, development, documentation, training, system administration, systems engineering, configuration management, network engineering, computer operations, and information technology (IT) initiatives designed to enhance execution of the USJFCOM mission, encompassing office automation and command and control systems. The solicitation shall contain a requirement for a base period of performance beginning 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003 with four (4) one-year renewal option periods. A cost plus fixed fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type of contract is anticipated. Offerors shall be required to submit price and technical proposals. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and small business size standard are 541512 and $21M, respectively. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC Detachment Philadelphia.
