- Description
- The Navy intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, with the intent of awarding a fixed price contract. This requirement is for Employee Counseling Services to be provided in accordance with a Statement of Work. Services shall be priced based on the approximate population of 3700 employees. Qualifications for contractor personnel include accreditations and license(s) in accordance with Indiana State Law. Period of Performance shall be for one year with four, one year option periods. Data shall be required in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List, DD Form 1423. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. Delivery is F.O. B. Crane. Point of Contact is Ms. Gay D.
