- Point of Contact-Joseph McHugh,E-mail Address jfmchugh@usgs.gov,FAX 703-648-7359.The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for technical services to support the Communications Center located in the U.S. Geological Survey's Headquarters Building in Reston, Virginia. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 235310. This support will require the installation and maintenance of Local Area Network (LAN) and telephone cabling systems, the relocation of existing telephone units and the installation of new units, and performing modifications to the current telephone units, installation of LAN equipment, the administration of a communications program to include the providing of telephone switchboard attendant services and the management of telecommunication bills to include the receipt, audit and resolution of billing errors and submission of bills for certification and payment by the USGS. A solicitation will be available on or about June 25,2002. All interested parties who are small businesses may submit a proposal. See Numbered Note 1.*****
