- NA Alter Maintenance Hangar (201 AS), Building Number 1228 at the D.C. Air National Guard, Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Spring, Maryland. The work consists of the construction of an addition to the roof level of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar to include but is not limited to; (1) demolition of a portion of the existing roof; (2) installation of additional structural steel, overhead tail door, metal roof decking and wall panels, rough carpentry, insulation, EPDM membrane roofing; (3) relocation of existing fire s uppression system, hydronic (hot water heating) piping, lighting systems and building identification signs: IFB Number: DAHA49-02-B-0001, Plans and specifications will be made available through the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, D.C. Esitmated Constructi on Cost $250,000.00 and $500,000.00
