- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Food Attendant Services at Fairchild AFB, WA. The major elements of service include the operation of two full-service dining facilities and three partial meal service facilities on base. This acquisition will be solicited utilizing formal Source Selection criteria in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. A firm-fixed price type contract will result from this solicitation. The performance period will be for a one-year basic period, with an anticipated start date of 01 Jan 2003, and 4 one-year option periods beginning 1 Oct 2003 ? 30 Sep 2004. This acquisition is a 100% HUBZone competitive set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 722310. The small business size standard is $17.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about 1 July 2002. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be stated in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued.
