- The 436 Contracting Squadron (436 CONS) Dover AFB, DE is anticipating awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract for the maintenance and repair of elevators. The duration of the contract to include all options is anticipated to be 5 years. The initial contract period shall run from 1 Oct 02-30 Sept 03. Option year one: 1 Oct 03-30 Sept 04; Option year two:1 Oct 04-30 Sep 05; Option year three:1 Oct 05-30 Sept 06; Option year four:1 Oct 06-30 Sept 07. The contractor shall provide all personnel management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and all other items and services necessary to maintain and repair the elevators at Dover AFB, DE. These services shall be provided by the contractor in accordance with the Statement of Work attached. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 33921. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity (CAGE) code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at: http://ccr2000.com/. Responses should contain company name, address, point of contract, cage code, phone number, fax number, abbreviated capabilities/credentials/resumes and a statement as to whether your company is domestically or foreign owned. The government award will be based on "best value" with the evaluation factors to be set forth in the solicitation. The government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price. If the Contracting Officer determines that the number of proposals that would otherwise be in the competitive range exceeds the number at which an efficient competition can be conducted, the Contracting Officer may limit the number of proposals in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated proposals.
