- This is no longer a sole source requirement and is open to competition. Please email all quotes in a MS-Word/Excel document file and list each line item by description, quantity, unit of issue and total cost. A formal solicitation will be uploaded on FEDBIZ within the next two weeks. Competitors that would like description of items prior to receiving solicitation should email me and I will provide. The following parts are being purchased for the PHI Model 420 Bender, a machine which bends metal tubing for the F-16 aircraft. The parts are: Radius Blocks (Bend Die S-),adapters for B1 style radius bend dies for model 420, drive adapter (B1 to B4 mount), tooling post adapter (B1 to B4 mount), 2 ea; Clamp Dies, clamp die adapter (C1 to C2 mount), 1 ea; Pressure Dies-follower dies, universal follower slide plate, 1 ea; Mandrels, 1 ea; Wiper Dies (steel/bronze), 1ea.
