Description
The Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking information on property availability and lease costs for Class ?A? medical Office space to be used as outpatient clinic and mental health offices. There are three locations where this space may be needed. 1. Approximately 10,000 square feet of space located within the following area: From the intersection of Sandy Blvd and 82nd Avenue, East to the intersection of Sandy Blvd and 223RD Avenue; then South on 223rd Avenue to the intersection of 223rd and Powell Blvd; then West on Powell to the intersection of Powell and 174th; then South along 174th to the intersection of 174th and Foster Rd; then west on Foster to the intersection of Foster Road and 82nd Avenue; then North on 82nd to the intersection of 82nd and Sandy Blvd. 2. Approximately 6,500 square feet located within the following area: From the intersection of I-405 and Lovejoy Street, East on Lovejoy Street to the intersection of Lovejoy Street and Broadway Street; then East on Broadway Street to the intersection of Broadway Street and 20th Avenue; then South on 20th Avenue to the intersection of 20th Avenue and Multnomah Street; then West on Multnomah Street to the intersection of Multnomah Street and Lloyd Blvd; then southwest on Lloyd Blvd to the intersection of Lloyd Blvd and 12th Avenue; then South on 12th Avenue to the intersection of 12th Avenue and Hawthorne Blvd; then West on Hawthorne Blvd to the intersection of Hawthorne Blvd and Front Avenue; then South on Front Ave to the intersection of Front Avenue and Market Street; then West on Market Street to the intersection of Market Street and I-405; then North on I-405 to the intersection of I-405 and Lovejoy Street. 3. Approximately 6,500 square feet located within the following area: From the intersection of OR 219 and US26, East on US26 to the intersection of US 26 and OR 217; then South on OR 217 to the intersection of OR 217 and Tualatin Valley Highway; then West on Tualatin Valley Highway to the intersection of Tualatin Valley Highway and OR 219; then North on OR 219 to the intersection of OR 219 and US 26. Property on either side of the border streets mentioned will be acceptable. Space within existing buildings or build to suit space is acceptable. Replies to this notice should be received at the address below no later than 4:00 PM, 21 June 2002 and should include the company or individual?s name, telephone number, a description of the property, general lease costs (on a square foot per year basis), and availability. This is a request for information only. The information gathered will be used to determine if facilities within any or all the areas may be opened at a later date. If a decision is made to proceed with any facility, a second notice providing a specific information on the proposal procedure will be published. If a solicitation is published, those parties responding to this request for information will receive copies of the solicitation.
