- Sources Sought for Projected Procurement: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Western-Pacific-Region, has a projected requirement for the complete interior renovation of an existing 2-story concrete building and a building addition to serve as an FAA Air Traffic Control Facility located on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Approximate size of facility when completed will be 22,000 square feet. The facility will include spaces for electronic equipment and air traffic controller radar positions which will be installed by others, mechanical/electrical equipment spaces, administrative office and training spaces, breakroom/kitchen spaces, and locker room/bathroom spaces. The work will include, but not limited to interior demolition work including removal of hazardous material, installation of new walls, ceilings and flooring; installation of new concrete floor slab and footings; installation of new doors and hardware; painting; installation of new hydraulic elevator! ; installation of new roofing; installation of new plumbing and kitchen/bathroom fixtures; installation of new HVAC systems including air handler units and chillers; installation of new electrical and lighting systems; installation of cable trays; installation of a Government Furnished Power System consisting of switchgears, UPS load banks and engine/generators; site work; excavation; extension of utility services; site lighting; new fencing and gates; and construction of a new security guardhouse. The NACI Code is 233310 and the Estimated Dollar range for this procurement is between 3 Million dollars and 5 Million dollars. All work will be done in strict accordance with the contract specifications and drawings.
